Returns

In the event that you receive your item/s and would like them to be returned, Capitol Clothing Co. have a few options to choose from.
Please note: Capitol Clothing Co. will only be able to offer the below if the item/s have not been worn, washed or damaged and are all in original condition. Swing tag and garment care tags must be intact and attached.
REFUNDS:

In the instance where you would like to request a product exchange or credit note, please follow the following instructions.

1. Please carefully read your Capitol Clothing Co. Returns form included in your delivery. If you did not receive this form with your order, or the return form has been misplaced, please contact us and request one to be sent to you via email.

2. Please complete and sign this Return form. In order to receive a refund for a purchased item/s, please follow the above instructions and mark the 'refund' option on the returns form. Enclose the form with your item/s when sending back.

3. Place the completed form and the items you wish to return in a postal sachet and send back to the Capitol Clothing Co. team using the postal address provided to you via email.

 

EXCHANGES:

In order to receive an exchange for a purchased item/s, please follow the above  instructions and mark the 'exchange' option on the returns card.

Exchanges are subject to availability of your size/colour upon us receiving your returned item/s. If we are unable to offer an exchange for your chosen size and colour, we will automatically provide a credit note or refund to the value of the returned product.

Please notify us of your intent to exchange within 48-72 Hours after receiving your returns item/s, this will ensure we can put your requested item aside for you. 

Please note: Exchanges will incur the normal postage rate.

 

CREDIT NOTES:

In order to receive a credit note for a purchased item/s, please follow the above  instructions and mark the 'credit note' option on the returns card.

To redeem your credit, please email hello@capitolclothingco.com.au when you find an item you wish to purchase with your credit.

Credit Notes are valid for 6 months from Issue Date.

You will be notified of your credit note number via email.

  
SALE / DISCOUNTED ITEMS:
All sale and discounted items are final sale and are unable to be returned for an exchange or credit note. If you would like help with a style or size please contact our team at hello@capitolclothingco.com.au.
 

FAULTS:

Our packaging team personally inspect each and every item carefully before packing and dispatching to ensure they leave and arrive in perfect condition.

In the event that your goods are not in a satisfactory condition, please notify our team immediately within 24 hours of receiving your order via email hello@capitolclothingco.com.au

 

 

Please note: Capitol Clothing Co. will not cover return shipping costs.
Please ensure to use a registered postal service as any lost parcels on their way back to Capitol Clothing Co. can not be exchanged, credited or compensated. 
 
Capitol Clothing Co. will also not cover additional shipping costs of any exchanged items or items purchased with credit notes.
We will contact you to arrange shipping back to you.
